Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship only to the following countries:
Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Italy, France, Germany, Belgium, and Morocco.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped directly from Tangier, Morocco.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.
After that, changes cannot be made — but you can still return your order for a full refund after receiving it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, and PayPal.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed daily, including weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Morocco: Delivery within 1-3 days.

  • Europe: Delivery within 3-7 days.

What if I don’t receive my order?

If you haven’t received your order within the delivery window (4 days for Morocco, 20 days for Europe), you’re eligible for a full refund. Please contact us.

Will I be charged customs or taxes?

No, all prices are tax-free, and you will not be charged additional customs or duties.

How do I return an item?

Please email us at support@rifainsbrand.com to initiate a return. We’ll guide you through the process.

What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?

If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, contact us right away with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item(s)
    We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 7–10 business days after your return is processed. If delayed, contact your card issuer or bank.
